Questions about pricing
Are SEO and AEO included in every plan?
Yes. Every plan includes technical SEO on autopilot and a monthly check of how AI assistants describe your business. Growth and Pro add new content and deeper AEO work every month.
Is there a free trial?
No – instead you get a 30-day money-back guarantee. SEO and AEO take more than a couple of weeks to show results, so we'd rather you try Pufflo properly. If you're not happy, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and you get all your money back.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly payment costs the same as 10 months, so you get two months free – on the plan and on the website add-on. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to yearly plans too.
Is ad spend included?
No. If you advertise, you pay Google and Meta directly on your own accounts. Pufflo's price covers the work, and you always own your accounts.
Are the prices with or without VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added where required.
Is there a binding period?
No. Pay monthly or yearly, and change or cancel at any time. A yearly plan runs until the end of the year you paid for.
How does the launch offer work?
Start a monthly plan during the launch period, and you get 50 % off the first three months – on the plan and on the website add-on. Yearly plans get two months free instead.
Do I need a website already?
No. We recommend that Pufflo hosts your website (+€49 a month): our agents work directly in it, so improvements happen faster. If you have a website today, we convert it over to Pufflo for you. You can also keep your current site and connect it at no extra cost.
Why is a website hosted by Pufflo better?
On a site we host, our agents can fix technical problems, publish new pages and improve content the moment you approve it. On a connected site, many changes have to go through plugins or a web developer, which is slower and limits what can be done for SEO and AEO.
What happens to my current website if you convert it?
We copy your pages, texts and images over to a new Pufflo site, keep your web address and redirect old page addresses to the new ones. You review the new site before we switch over.
